On this contract, EEC, Incorporated worked together with the architect since many modifications to the drawings were performed after EEC’s team found errors and omissions during the design process. Some of the omissions included but are not limited to the electrical boxes depth, existing column layout, access panels for plumbing valves, bulkheads to accommodate duct and piping systems, door opening relocations, etc. Our team worked hand in hand with the project manager and superintendent to ensure that every detail was covered to suit the needs and expectations of the owner and to keep up with the schedule of the project.

In addition, EEC, Incorporated provided onsite Quality Control/Quality Assurance personnel to monitor the project, the task involved supervision of all the work performed by all the trades. The project was a fast track project and was completed ahead of schedule.
