Construction Site Supervisor

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for insuring that there are no safety incidents. Safety is our number one priority. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for managing all aspects of a project, from start to finish, and for ensuring that all technical and schedule objectives are met.

As Construction Site Supervisor, you will schedule and coordinate project work activities. You will also establish and maintain an expert knowledge of all active contract specifications, plans, and work descriptions, in order to ensure that EEC, Incorporated meets all of the project objectives and is in complete compliance with the stated requirements. You will be in direct contact with clients on a routine basis during project execution for the purpose of ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are more than satisfied with EEC, Incorporated’s performance. Requirements Include:

A combination of at least five (5) years of experience as a Site Supervisor and on-going experience in project management of budgets ranging from $500,000 to $5 million in scope, are required.

Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is directly responsible for supervising the business aspects of construction projects, including maintaining client relationships and overseeing the teams assigned to each project. This position also requires reporting, on a regular basis, to the V.P. of Operations, informing the V.P. about submittals, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and other aspects of the projects. You will bring closure to your projects, including fulfilling invoice and close-out documentation requirements. You will also be required to finish all projects on schedule and within budget. Requirements Include:

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or a combination of at least five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager and on-going management of projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $5 million in scope, are requirements for this position.

Construction Assistant Project Manager

The Construction Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Construction Project Manager with estimating, bidding, and management of the projects, ensuring that they are on schedule, while maintaining cost controls. Requirements Include:

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in construction project management, with an emphasis on estimating and project management, are required.

Environmental Project Manager

The Environmental Project Manager is directly responsible for supervising the business aspects of the environmental projects, including maintaining client relationships and overseeing assigned teams. You must be knowledgeable in asbestos, mold and lead abatement, and hazardous material remediation. This position also requires that the candidate report to the V.P. of Operations on all aspects of the project including submittals, procurement, budgeting, and scheduling. You must bring closure to each project inclusive of invoicing, close out documentation requirements and project turn over to the client. Requirements Include:

At least five (5) years of experience supervising projects involving asbestos, lead, or mold. An ability to estimate manpower and materials needed for the jobs. Experience managing environmental jobs, which range from $100,000 up to $1 million in scope, is required.

Receptionist

As the Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the company. You will be directly responsible for answering all in-coming phone calls and taking messages. Your day-to-day duties will also be to assist company personnel and human resource activities. You will maintain corporate and personnel files. You will perform typing assignments and assist with correspondence and proposals. You will prepare and maintain corporate applications and certifications, and perform other duties, as needed.
