EEC, Incorporated routinely responds to Requests for Proposals and hard bids from the Federal, state, and local governments. Our clients include the U.S. Navy, the Department of Justice, the Walter Reed Army Institute, the D.C. Public School system, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other government and private sector clients. EEC, Incorporated is always seeking qualified and professional companies to work on projects in the Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, and Pennsylvania areas.
