In addition to the work performed at building 116,EEC has performed and completed over 22 task orders varying from alteration repairs to environmental clean up for Navy. These construction task orders consisted of, but were not limited to; construction/renovation, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and lead abatement. All of these task orders were performed with EEC’s in house personnel.

The following overview is provided for this task:

Reinstallation of Windows and Repainting of Ceiling:
This task order required the replacement of windows and repainting of a 40 foot high ceiling at building 116.

Lead Based Paint Remediation:
Remediation of lead based paint on the roof deck on the interior of the power plant and repainting the roof deck at building 116 at the Navy Yard’s Power Plant in Washington, DC.
